⁉️ PROBLEM
At CredAble, our Loan Origination System (LOS) helps automate and manage loan applications from start to finish.
However, for each client manual customisation was slowing us down, making it harder to scale and meet different client needs. Each client needed a custom LOS module, which meant extra work for our designers, product managers, and tech teams. Customisation took 4-8 weeks, causing delays and limiting our growth.
🎯 Business Goal & Proposed Solution
We decided to solve this challenge by using low-code technology for our LOS platform.
The goal was to simplify the customisation process, cut down development time, and allow clients to easily personalise their white-label journey.

My Challenges as a Designer
Creating Loan origination system using low code was a big task. Creating designs for Login/ Signup scenarios, Program Creation and Management, Admin section etc. but my main challenge was:
Create a design language that is compatible with different types of brand guidelines and easy to configure.
Build a product that is easy to use for banks (business users), the CredAble team, and borrowers.
Create a program creation flow that is easy to customise.

Theme Configuration that Built to work for everyone.
I built a simple and flexible design system instead of one with a unique visual identity. This makes it easier to adapt to different brand guidelines, since our platform is used by multiple teams with their own styles.
How I Achieved It
Colour Palette
I chose 1 or 2 (optional) base colours with multiple tone variations that can work across different programs. (Visual example)
Fonts & Buttons
Users can easily customise the font style, button shape, and button colours to match their brand without changing the whole system. (Visual example)
Header & Footer Section
Created customisable headers and footers that adapt the clients band guidelines at maximum rate

Program Creation
Why divided into 4 steps

A rallying cry for the future.

Program Management Page
We commissioned two fonts for Team Global Express to use across its communications;
Movement Sans and Global Sans. Each font was built from the ground up and included
features that considered future uses, like mono-spaced options for displaying and entering
data.

Login/Signup, Two factor verification and Password reset flow design
We made CredAble's borrower onboarding smoother by creating common screens for login, signup, password recovery, and two-factor authentication. This unified design ensures that users have a consistent and secure experience, making it easier to navigate and use all entry points.

A human brand that is always in motion
We created a brand identity that is always moving forward, even when static. An empowering
graphic pattern and a human brand voice are just a few examples of brand elements that
unite the business together.

Innovating for a better planet
Concurrent with the beginning of the creative stage, I ran innovation workshops within
Landor & Fitch to uncover ideas we could take to the client that would bowl them over.
With Team Global Express launching the largest-ever global trial fleet of Heavy Electric
Trucks, we pitched to the team that they use the sides of these vehicles as moving
billboards to display transformative messages for organisations that are also doing good for
the world.
The Impact
We led the client through the rollout of the brand across a vast amount and range of assets,
resulting in 16% revenue increase in the first year of operations as Team Global Express.
